Kasie Valenti
Founder & CEO, Sigma Forces

An accomplished Army Veteran and passionate leader, Kasie brings a unique blend of military leadership experience, strategic business acumen, and a dedication to serving the Veteran and military spouse communities. With seven and a half years of service in the United States Army, including roles as Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Company Commander, Kasie has honed the skills of leadership, operational excellence, and team-building in some of the most demanding environments.

In addition to her military background, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, and two Master’s degrees—one in Management & Leadership and another in Corporate Innovation & Entrepreneurship, which she is currently pursuing. Her educational foundation supports her successful track record in driving organizational growth and innovation. She has played a key role in building and launching five new programs for Veteran nonprofit organizations and has consulted on brand expansions for both B2B and B2C small to mid-sized companies.

As a key contributor to the American Corporate Partners (ACP) mission, Kasie led the development and launch of ACP Ventures, a mentorship program for veteran entrepreneurs. Having built her own company, Sigma Forces, while stationed in South Korea with her husband, Kasie understands firsthand the unique challenges military spouses and veterans face when navigating career transitions and entrepreneurship. She is deeply committed to the continued success and growth of ACP Ventures, helping veterans overcome these hurdles and build sustainable businesses that thrive.

On a personal note, Kasie is also an Active-Duty Military Spouse, currently stationed at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, where she resides with her husband and three children. Her firsthand experience as a Veteran and military spouse fuels her passion for supporting others who are navigating the complexities of military life.
