ACP Presents: How to Land Your Purpose-Driven Career with ASRC Federal

On July 25th, ACP and ASRC Federal hosted an inside look at how Veterans and Military Spouses can tap into federal employment. ASRC Federal proudly supports critical missions in many domains, including space exploration, cyber defense and public health. A proud partner with ACP since 2019, ASRC Federal provides its employees the opportunity to help the military community find pathways to joint success.

The panel featured ASRC Federal employees: Scott Altman, Space Operating Group President; Chris Sharp, Lead Defense and Intel Recruiter; Mel Gordon, Director and Program Manager; Travis Sensintaffar, Senior Program Manager; and Julie Lepp, Program Manager National Security. They provided tried-and-true insights on effectively launching your civilian career and highlighted DoD SkillBridge and remote opportunities for those interested. The panelists also shared a helpful skills translator for their internal roles, making it easier for Veterans to correlate their experiences.ASRC Federal understands that transitioning into the civilian sector can be challenging without all the necessary resources and information. That's why they encourage Veterans and Military Spouses to reach out on LinkedIn, attend networking events and follow their Military Veterans Support channel to help achieve professional goals.
