ACP Presents: Financial Foundations for Entrepreneurs with Citizens

On August 20th, ACP partnered with Citizens for a LinkedIn Live session on tackling your to-do list in the small business industry. The webinar was designed specifically to empower Veteran and Military Spouse entrepreneurs with the knowledge needed to build and sustain a strong, resilient business. It showcased foundational tools, skills, and resources to help grow a business, featuring insights from Steele Sartwell (VP & Business Relationship Manager) and Mark Iannuccillo (VP & Business Banking Relationship Manager).

The session covered creating effective business plans, exploring financing options and understanding the five C’s of credit. Additionally, the speakers discussed crafting a business strategy, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing operational costs, optimizing a business to navigate disruptions, effective communication techniques and understanding crucial financial statements for cash flow management. The key takeaway was to trust the process and keep pushing forward. The webinar concluded with an interactive Q&A.
